Who we are

Tender Alerts UK sends UK businesses alerts about public sector contracts. Contact: tenderalertsuk@gmail.com.

What we collect

Customers: your name, company, email address, trade and the areas you cover, so we can send your alerts.
Businesses we contact: company name, the business contact email published in official UK contract award notices, and public Companies House information.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Why we use it

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), and to tell relevant businesses about a service likely to interest them (legitimate interests). We only contact limited companies at business addresses, and every email lets you opt out.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any email, or email us, and we will stop contacting you straight away and keep only a record that you opted out, so we never email you again.

How long we keep it

Customer details for as long as you subscribe, plus up to 6 years for accounting records. Details of businesses we contacted for up to 12 months, unless they ask us to delete them sooner.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we use to run the business (email and payment providers). We never sell your details.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
